Introduction:

Thank you for choosing PET FUN PARK FOR DOMESTIC PETS BOARDING EST. for your pet boarding, daycare and grooming needs. By using our service, you agree to our policy, terms and conditions.

Requirements for Daycare & Boarding:

All dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccines, including Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Rabies, DHPP & Leptospirosis. Updated vaccination records must be provided prior to entry into daycare or boarding. All vaccines should be given at least 2 days prior to either service.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept a pet at check in for any reason including, without limitation, if it appears to us that the pet is sick, injured, in pain or that its behavior could jeopardize the health or safety of other pets or our staff.

Treatment:

If your pet becomes ill during their stay with us, we will inform you and a veterinarian will examine your pet. We will make every attempt to contact you at the numbers you provide should your pet become ill while with us, medical treatment will be provided at the direction of the veterinarian. All costs associated with any medical care given while boarding will be at the owner's expense and due upon your pet’s release.

Liability:

While we strive to provide a secure environment, unforeseen illness or accidents may occur, even with vaccinated pets. By bringing your pets to PET FUN PARK FOR DOMESTIC PETS BOARDING EST., you acknowledge these risks and release PET FUN PARK FOR DOMESTIC PETS BOARDING EST. and its staff from all liability related to such events. During your pet’s stay, we strive to make the stay as comfortable as possible and take into consideration minor damages that may occur to the facility due to many factors including excitement. However, in the case of causing severe damages to any property belonging to PET FUN PARK FOR DOMESTIC PETS BOARDING EST you acknowledge responsibility for the replacement charges.

In the event that your pet injures another pet, you are solely responsible for any injuries to the other pet(s) as well as your own, and you release PET FUN PARK FOR DOMESTIC PETS BOARDING EST. and its employees from any liability. In the unfortunate and unforeseen event of death, you expressly understand and agree that PET FUN PARK FOR DOMESTIC PETS BOARDING EST., its owners, and staff shall not be held liable, and you release them from any claims, demands, or actions arising from the death of your pet

Release of Pet to a Person other than Owner:

If someone other than the owner is to pick up a pet from boarding/daycare, please let us know when that pet is brought in. We will not release an animal to someone other than the owner without prior authorization from the owner.

Daycare & Boarding:

Please be advised your pet will commingle with other dogs (if “dog-friendly”) during the daycare/playtime. Infectious diseases, minor injuries, dog bites, etc may occur even when canines are properly vaccinated. Your pet may also be boarded at various times throughout the day for breaks or during check-in/check-out.

Early Checkout:

If the checkout is done earlier than the mentioned date, then the checkout day will also be considered part of the boarding and count as 1 day. The remaining days can be added as a credit to your account with a validity of 6 months or refunded.

Unneutered:

We do not accept unneutered/unspayed female dogs for daycare & boarding. If your female dog is not neutered and you still want to use our facility, you agree to take full responsibility for bringing your dog to daycare or leave for boarding at a time when your dog could have a chance of being in heat cycle. Should your dog get in heat while at our facility, Pet Fun Park will ask you to make arrangements to check-out your dog immediately.

In the meantime, we will make necessary arrangements to separate your dog from other dogs. However, Pet Fun Park does not take any responsibility if your dog becomes pregnant as it is your responsibility to not bring your dog to socialize when she is going to be in heat. Lastly at check-in if your dog is already in heat, she will not be allowed to board with us at daycare and you will be asked to make other arrangements.

Payment of Services:

You agree to pay us for the services we provide to your pet during each visit at the rates set forth at the start of such visit. Charges begin on the day you leave your pet. If you do not pay your bill in full at check out, PET FUN PARK FOR DOMESTIC PETS BOARDING EST. may retain custody of your pet, at your expense until the bill is paid in full. Booking cancellations should be done at least 24 hours before the booking date. Any payments made are non-refundable but can be added as a credit with 6 month validity.

Cancellations:

If you cancel a boarding booking one month or less before your scheduled arrival (or don’t turn up at all) you forfeit your deposit and we may charge you 100% of the cost of the entire stay to cover the loss of business. If you cancel a boarding booking one month or more before your scheduled arrival, any funds already paid at that point will be credited to your PFP account for future use. The cost of any Daycare bookings that are canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival will be charged in full. The cost of any Grooming bookings that are canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival will be charged in full.

Abandoned Pets:

All pets must be picked up within 5 days of the specified check out date. We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly and we are willing to accommodate for these changes when informed by the client. We will do our best to contact the owner on all contacts in a timely manner. Failure to respond and(or) pick up pet(s) will result in our abandoned pets protocol and we will need to take action. We may give your pet up for adoption. Any act that is considered as animal cruelty - such as abandonment - could carry a fine or jail sentence under UAE law.
